Not the coach version. The actual one. I have two small boys — two years old and four and a half — who are my greatest joy and my most consistent nervous system challenge. I spent years in a corporate career in Marketing Technology, where I was driven, high-functioning and absolutely certain I had health figured out.
Then my late 30s arrived. And my body stopped agreeing with me.
The weight that appeared despite nothing changing. The exhaustion that sleep couldn't fix. The workouts that left me depleted instead of energised. I kept applying more discipline to a body that was asking for something completely different. And it kept making things worse.
When I became a mother, something shifted in me that I hadn't expected. Watching people I love get older. Holding my boys and feeling, for the first time, the full weight of my own mortality — not with fear, but with fierce intention.
I stopped thinking about health as something that made me look a certain way. I started thinking about it as the thing that would keep me here. Present. Energetic. Capable of getting on the floor with them now and still being around when they don't need me to.
Longevity stopped being a concept. It became personal
What I discovered — and what now sits at the heart of everything I do — is that the western wellness world has been looking through the wrong lens. It focuses almost entirely on the physical. What we eat. How we move. What the body looks like.
But the energetic shapes the physical first. The nervous system. The life force. The emotional body. These are not three separate things — they are one thing, seen through different lenses. And when you work with all three together, in the right sequence, your body doesn't just improve. It remembers.
I had trained in Yoga, Ayurvedic Lifestyle & Nutrition, Reiki, Energy Medicine and Hypnotherapy over more than a decade — qualifying whilst building my corporate career, and deepening the work once I had my family. What shifted everything was understanding that these weren't separate tools. They were five lenses on the same truth.
When I brought them together as one integrated method — applied in the right sequence — something changed that hadn't changed before. For me first. Then for the women I began working with.
That is why Garden of Elden exists.
I work with women who are ready to stop fighting their body and start listening to it. Who are willing to try something that isn't more effort — but something genuinely different. If any of this sounds like where you are right now — I'd love to have a conversation.
